My Story
Bryon Dela Paz is a hardworking and dedicated individual who has a diverse range of experiences that have shaped his career journey. During his college years, Bryon took on various part-time jobs to sustain his financial needs. He worked as a technical writer, assisted in research projects, developed his skills in graphic design, sold food, and even worked as a funeral service assistant to gain hands-on experience in the industry.
After graduation, Bryon worked as a document assistant for Amicassa Real Estate. He conducted thorough research on legal documents, handled various administrative tasks, managed the stockroom for legal documents, and continuously reviewed and improved the document management process.
In September 2020, Bryon started as a lead generation specialist at Fruitstreet and was quickly promoted to assistant team lead after only three months. Despite having no prior experience in managing a team, Bryon learned quickly and took the initiative to create a new process for the business, updated outreach templates, created a training manual for new hires, and managed Asana tasks. After six months, Bryon was promoted to third team lead, managing his own team while still supporting other shifts. Bryon's passion for learning and his willingness to take on new challenges have made him an exceptional team member and project manager.
Bryon is also a coffee shop owner and has a small investment portfolio. He is continuously learning and investing in his knowledge by purchasing online courses.
